We're looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Shrewsbury, MA location. Job Overview: The Branch Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of branch operations, including customer service, branch performance (P&L), adherence to policies and procedures, and compliance with safety protocols. This role also plays a key part in achieving sales targets. The Branch Manager oversees every facet of the branch-staffing, routing, safety, sales, and operational performance to ensure efficient, high-quality service and continued business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Must have the stamina to work 50 to 55 hours per week as needed.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and management skills are required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are required.
  • A positive attitude and ability to be a positive member of a team is required
  • Must have excellent observation skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent recall and retention of information is needed.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Ability to work under pressure dictated by event schedules and project timetables.
  • Ability to read, understand and interpret written and verbal instructions and reports.

Nice To Haves

  • Armored car or transportation experience is desirable.
  • College Education or Military experience is desirable

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and be accountable for overall operational performance, ensuring exceptional service quality, financial results, and staff performance.
  • Ensure the safety and security of the facility, personnel, equipment, and all related liabilities.
  • Assist in managing human, material, and financial resources within the branch.
  • Support hiring efforts, establish performance goals, and contribute to training, development, and performance reviews.
  • Analyze and interpret performance data to inform decision-making and drive process improvements.
  • Anticipate potential issues, prepare proactive solutions, and offer thoughtful recommendations.
  • Model an open-door leadership style that fosters transparency and constructive dialogue.
  • Promote exceptional internal and external client service and coach team members on how to consistently deliver it.
