About The Position

Valcourt Window Cleaning is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of branch operations, safety, sales, and financial performance. This role is critical to ensuring sustained profitability, growth, and excellence in service delivery. The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing branch operations, driving P&L and EBITDA performance, building a high-performing team, and representing the company within the industry and local community.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations & sales leadership, and financial accountability within a service-based organization.
  • Demonstrated success in managing P&L, EBITDA, and achieving financial performance targets.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, BI financial reporting, and other operational tools.
  • Strong understanding of Sandler Sales Training principles with ability to coach & reinforce methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership & communication skills, with the ability to inspire & develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Oversee all branch operations, ensuring adherence to Valcourt's operational standards and safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular job site & operational visits to ensure quality service delivery, employee safety compliance
  • Ensure full compliance with company systems and tools, including Salesforce and BI financial reporting platforms.
  • Financial Performance: Drive P&L performance, ensuring budgeted revenue and EBITDA targets are met or exceeded.
  • Analyze financial data and KPIs to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency improvements.
  • Conduct regular SWOT analysis to assess branch performance & develop actionable strategies for improvement.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead sales efforts, including participating in sales ride-alongs to coach and support sales representatives.
  • Ensure full adoption of Sandler Sales Training methodologies & reinforce principles across all employees.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular client visits and active engagement.
  • Team Development: Oversee all aspects of technician hiring, onboarding, and training, ensuring a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Conduct regular 1-on-1s and staff meetings to provide clear direction, feedback, and support to all team members.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Industry and Community Engagement: Represent Valcourt at industry and community events such as BOMA, IREM, and other networking opportunities.
  • Actively engage with industry leaders and organizations to build Valcourt’s reputation as a market leader.
  • Safety and Compliance: Maintain a strong focus on employee safety, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
  • Promote a culture of safety and accountability throughout the branch.
