Drive performance with a keen focus on improving members' financial well-being while promoting products and services that truly make a difference. Manage Daily Operations: Oversee the smooth operation of the branch, ensuring staffing, audits, compliance, and policies are seamlessly aligned with organizational goals. Engage with the Community: Build and strengthen relationships with local businesses, attend events, and position the credit union as a trusted community partner. Requirements

  • 3–5 years of branch management or leadership experience in financial services
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • A passion for serving others and creating positive change
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, branch operations, and regulatory compliance
  • High school diploma required

  • bachelor’s degree in business or related experience preferred
