About The Position

The Branch Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of the branch. This role will deliver exceptional customer service and promote a positive environment.

Requirements

• HVAC industry experience
• Proven track record of successfully managing employees
• Clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Ability to load/unload trucks
• Ability to sit for 20+ minutes at a time
• Ability to push, pull at least 20+ pounds
• Ability to reach, bend, twist, kneel, crouch or crawl
• Ability to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
• Has exceptional communication
• Has strong management skills and ability to multitask
• Has ability to delegate, but perform the task when needed
• Is customer centric
• Is personable
• Has a positive attitude

• College degree preferred, but not required
