Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for the efficient and effective management of the daily operations of the Cheyenne Branch Supervise branch staff ensuring customer service standards are consistently met Develop profitable client base for Consumer Lending Provides training, scheduling, and performance feedback. Interviews applicants for staff positions and offers selection recommendations Ensures product & service promotions and cross-selling are ongoing, as appropriate to client needs, including loans, cards, online & mobile banking products, trust, payroll services, and other bank products Maintain and develop strong community and client business relationships Support and enhance employee development, client satisfaction, and growth in customer base for branch Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Two to four years related banking and supervisory/management experience and training Training and demonstrated skills in customer service and effective communication Ability to motivate staff and market products and services for the Bank This is a Full-Time Position Hilltop Bank is an EEO Employer No established salary range
