About The Position
The Bank of Washington is seeking a Branch Manager for its Villa Ridge & Gray Summit locations. This role requires energy, leadership, and a passion for community-focused banking. The Branch Manager will be responsible for leading day-to-day branch operations, developing their team, building lasting customer relationships, and driving strong performance, thereby making a significant impact on customers, employees, and the community.
Requirements
- 5+ years of retail banking experience
- Proven success in sales, operations, and team leadership
- Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance
- Customer-focused, ethical, and adaptable leadership style
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years in management preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor a branch team through hands-on training, personalized coaching, and regular performance feedback
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, branch workflow, and cash operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
- Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and care
- Build and maintain strong customer and community relationships
