The Branch Manager, under the guidance of the Regional Director, provides administrative leadership and supervises all aspects of library services at a branch. This role involves developing and maintaining work standards focused on customer service, effective communication, and ethical behavior. The manager will set goals and priorities, develop and monitor reports, administer projects, and evaluate services. They serve as the primary branch point person for communication with Neighborhood Services, other BPL departments, and outside agencies. This is a full-time, union, non-exempt position with a hiring salary of $73,309.60.
