The Branch Manager will lead with impact in a safety-first, customer-focused organization, driving operational excellence. This dynamic leader will provide strong leadership, uphold exceptional service standards, and support a team environment focused on customer success. You will manage your own P&L, using business acumen to influence performance and growth. As a hands-on leader, you will drive process efficiency, ensure asset optimization, and maintain full compliance with company policies, all within a culture that prioritizes safety and people, where contributions are valued and celebrated.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Management experience in relevant field
• Motivated by outcomes, proactive, structured, and high attention to detail
• Ability to make sound business decisions in a fast-paced environment, composed under pressure

Nice To Haves

• P&L experience preferred
• 1 or more years of building materials experience preferred
• Experience with a CRM, Salesforce preferred
• College degree desirable
• Professional proficiency in English and Spanish preferred to support our customers

Responsibilities

• Manage operational staff day-to-day, including training, coaching, and mentoring to foster a collaborative team environment
• Demonstrate a commitment to creating a safe workplace free of injuries through actions and leadership
• Responsible for all aspects of the branch's profit & loss
• Focus on factors that ensure outstanding customer experience, compliance, productivity, and profitability
• Contribute to and support the achievement of top-line sales goals
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and regulatory compliance
• Interview, hire, and onboard all branch staff- provide a continuous learning environment that helps contribute to the success of the team and branch
