About The Position

B&A Property Maintenance is seeking a dynamic branch leader to continue building on the company's 20-year legacy in Arkansas. The Regional Branch operates as a microcosm of the entire organization, structured across Sales, Operations, and Finance departments with corresponding accountability. The Branch Manager is expected to be proficient in understanding all three major business departments. While experience in the field and a strong operational background in the exterior service industry is helpful, it is not required. The company's vision is to be the one-stop shop for property owners/managers seeking "set and forget" regular property maintenance. The company is organized across Sales (marketing and closing new business), Operations (executing contracted work), and Finance (managing funds, office, HR, and IT). Each team member has varying levels of responsibility across Time, People, Assets, and Budget.
