As a full time Branch Manager within PNC's Phoenix South Region Branch Banking organization, you will be based in Mesa, AZ at the Fiesta District Branch. 1325 W Southern Ave. Mesa, AZ 85202. PNC is an in-office company that fosters a collaborative and supportive culture where employees can thrive. Drives revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions with clients, and solutions that help them achieve financial well being. Accountable for risk management and compliance. Builds a high performing team through the attraction, on-boarding, coaching and development of branch team members.

Requirements

Demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
Related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties.
Typically requires 3+ years of related experience.
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
Foundational understanding of balance sheet and income statement.
Candidates being considered for this position will be subject to additional background checks as required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.

Responsibilities

Leading all aspects of branch performance.
Driving revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions with clients, and solutions that help them achieve financial well being.
