Wells Fargo is seeking experienced, people-focused leaders for a Branch Manager career within its National Branch Network. This role is designed for managers with a strong foundation in branch leadership. As a Branch Manager, you will act as the sales leader for the branch, responsible for acquiring, deepening, and retaining customer relationships to drive growth in primary checking, deposits, lending, credit cards, and investments. This is achieved through disciplined execution, strong coaching, and effective performance management. You will lead, coach, and develop a team to improve banker productivity and foster an engaged, accountable culture focused on identifying customer financial needs and recommending Wells Fargo solutions. The position requires balancing growth objectives with strong operational risk management. Onboarding includes participation in the Branch Manager Readiness Program, which provides structured guidance, mentorship, job shadowing, and practical learning in day-to-day branch operations. Successful completion of this program is mandatory for new Branch Managers, though current Wells Fargo Branch Managers are exempt. During training, the position is an interim, nonexempt role. Branch assignment depends on business need and availability.
