First National Bank of America is looking for a Branch Manager to manage our Grand Rapids Branch. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of a retail branch including account opening, account maintenance and processing transactions to assure timely and accurate handling of transactions in order to deliver exceptional customer service while driving deposit growth. The Branch Manager will monitor daily workflow within the department to ensure that all deadlines are met and resources utilized effectively. A successful candidate will have a strong customer focus, outstanding teamwork and communication skills, and the ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
