Requirements

3+ years of experience in branch, operations, or store management
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Working knowledge of inventory control, profit/loss statements, and safety compliance.
Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in business software and systems (e.g., inventory, ERP, Microsoft Office).

Nice To Haves

Preference may be given to those with experience in the heavy-duty truck industry

Responsibilities

Be the go-to person for customer questions, service issues, and branch decisions.
Write up service orders and make sure customer needs are met from start to finish.
Work closely with mechanics, sales, and delivery drivers to keep things running like clockwork.
Manage inventory, staffing, scheduling, and the overall day-to-day operation of the branch.
Lead and coach a team that's proud of the work they do and the service they provide.
