About The Position

LCNB National Bank is seeking a Branch Manager for our Roachester office. This position leads and oversees all branch operations to ensure exceptional customer service, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and achievement of business objectives. This role requires broad knowledge of bank products, services, and operations and applies that knowledge to develop relationships, support business growth, and enhance the branch’s market presence. The Branch Manager coaches and develops staff, models strong leadership, and ensures all branch activities comply with applicable regulations and bank policies.

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent (required)
  • 2 + years of leadership/management experience, working with internal and external customers with diverse backgrounds and experiences
  • 2+ years of retail banking experience
  • Ohio Notary Public (or the ability to obtain commission within first three months of employment)
  • NMLS (obtained or transferred within 45 days)

Responsibilities

  • Lead branch operations to deliver professional, courteous, and efficient service to customers and staff
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal controls, and bank policies and procedures
  • Proactively pursue business development opportunities through community involvement and relationship building
  • Foster branch growth by coordinating efforts with internal resource partners, including:  Consumer, Mortgage, and Commercial Lending Teams
  • Treasury Management Team
  • Investment Services & Wealth Team
  • Merchant Services Team
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop branch staff through ongoing feedback, mentoring, and performance management
  • Establish individual development plans aligned with branch and bank goals
  • Encourage staff participation in business development, referrals, and community activities
  • Perform HR-related duties, including timecard approval, scheduling, participation in hiring, performance evaluations, and merit-based recommendations
  • Lead and coach staff to identify and refer appropriate cross-selling opportunities
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer and bank information
  • Collaborate with senior management and other departments to resolve complex transactions or issues
  • Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness of daily, weekly, and monthly branch operations
  • Maintain high audit standards and coordinate internal and third-party audits
  • Make sound, well-informed decisions using judgment, experience, and analysis
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
