Own and manage full P&L responsibility for the branch Strategize to execute the annual budget and lead accurate inventory forecasting Build and implement a growth strategy for regional market penetration and revenue growth Champion Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) compliance and culture Analyze business data and KPIs to drive decision-making and operational improvements Lead, mentor, and coach branch staff across sales, operations, and admin Resolve complex issues with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders with confidence Act as a brand ambassador, representing AT-PAC in the field and strengthening key relationships

Requirements

  • Proven leadership ability, lead by example, influence by action
  • 2+ years of experience in direct sales and 2+ years in operations or branch management
  • Solid knowledge of the industrial market and commercial construction sectors
  • A track record of building strong customer relationships and repeat business
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, business systems, and data analysis tools
  • Experience managing rental and sales assets in a performance-driven environment
  • Exceptional communication skills and a passion for developing people and process
