About The Position

As a Branch Manager, you will manage staff, have the responsibility for management of the entire branch and its operations, ensuring that the branch runs as efficiently as possible. You will directly manage a team of individuals, hire and conduct performance reviews and provide performance counseling as needed. You will drive branch performance results through strong individual sales performance and through direction of the entire branch team to meet and exceed all branch sales and quality service goals. Positive leadership is key in this position, as you will be instrumental in fostering a positive work environment, maintaining customer satisfaction and proper branch operation.

Requirements

  • Requires a HS diploma or GED, plus a bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related field OR relevant industry experience
  • Requires a minimum of five years combined experience in sales, material flow, supply chain and finance
  • Must have valid driver’s license and daily access to an automobile with insurance coverage as required by state to participate in the company car program
  • Passion for customers and an understanding of management and branch functions
  • Strong prioritization, planning, and time-management skills
  • Commitment to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement
  • Excellent customer service
  • Proven leadership skills

  • Industrial and/or manufacturing experience is a plus
