Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years of management experience
• Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory control
• Ability to manage all day-to-day branch operations and personnel
• Experience assisting customers with purchases and order fulfillment
• Ability and experience handling cash and credit sales to customers
• Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office applications
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Solid interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the flooring industry strongly preferred
