Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development: Lead, coach, and mentor your team while monitoring performance metrics to achieve sales, service, and operational goals. Cultivate a high performing, accountable, and member-centric work environment. Growth & Engagement: Drive significant branch and Credit Union growth in deposits, loan production and member participation. Collaborate with direct leadership or senior leadership to implement initiatives, support organizational goals, and identify growth opportunities. Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and adherence to all policies and regulatory requirements. We're looking for a proven leader with the following qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 3 years in financial services, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role. Financial expertise: Proven success in sales, service delivery, and operations within a financial institution. Education: A GED or high school diploma is required. Core skills: Exceptional leadership, coaching, communication, problem-solving, and commitment to high service standards.
