This full-time Branch Manager position is within PNC's San Diego Region Branch Banking organization, based in San Diego, CA at the Mira Mesa Branch (10678 Westview Pkwy, San Diego, CA 92126). Bilingual fluency in both English & Spanish is preferred. PNC is an in-office company that fosters a collaborative and supportive culture. The role involves managing priorities through planning and execution to drive all aspects of branch performance, revenue, and customer loyalty through consultative interactions. The manager is responsible for building a high-performing team through attraction, onboarding, coaching, and development of branch team members.

  • In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
