You'll oversee daily branch operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently by hiring, training, and supporting your team to set them up for success. What we're looking for in a Branch Manager To thrive as a Branch Manager at Community Trust Credit Union, you'll need a blend of essential skills and experience, including coaching and development of your staff and driving sales. As the leader of our Grayslake office, it is important the you are fully engaged with the community. A minimum of three years of management experience in a fast-paced, sales, and service-driven environment is crucial for leading a dynamic team. Additionally, at least one year of credit union or banking experience in a leadership role is vital for guiding your team in providing exceptional service. Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for member success will help you create meaningful connections that elevate each member's experience. Requirements

  • At least 3 years of management experience in a fast-paced sales and service-driven environment.
  • Must have at least 1 year of credit union or banking experience in a leadership role.
  • Current knowledge of banking/credit union technology.
