The Branch Manager is responsible for managing the overall performance of the branch. Will directly manage inside and outside sales personnel, warehouse inventory, and production shop in an exciting, fast-paced, industrial work environment. Must work independently to lead, manage, and motivate a team. Must embrace and implement lean manufacturing and lean business practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years branch management experience
• Minimum 2 years experience managing and developing a staff
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, challenging environment
• Able to understand financials and be fully responsible for the EBIT branch performance

Responsibilities

• Stay on top of sales and profits, look for bottlenecks in sales process
