About The Position

Lead a team of employees to effectively and efficiently run the branch according to the business plan Evaluate and make the necessary changes to the branch’s current practices and procedures to improve daily operations, and prioritizes work to successfully meet timelines, managing continuous improvement Track financial and operational progress of branch and provide metrics data to the regional manager regularly Develop and manage branch budget (including capital expenditures). Forecasts budget expectations monthly Facilitate employee safety training Monitor inventory levels/purchasing and inventory budget including: reducing and controlling slow and obsolete inventory May perform other related duties within the scope of the position as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbalcommunication skills
  • Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Computer skills using Microsoft office suite and the ability to retrieve and enter information to/from a database and create reports
  • Proven ability to build strong customer and vendor relationships
  • Ability to understand market conditions and products and ability to recognize opportunities
  • High School Dipolma or GED required
  • 7+ years of related work experience that includes 3 years’ work experience
  • Manage a group or team of individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Sales/Marketing or related field preferred
