Responsibilities: Manage daily office operations Maintain compliance with policies and procedures Be a leader and mentor and accountable for training and development Loan Specialists Create a culture that encourages growth, learning and success Evaluate financial statements and drive profitability Establishes performance goals Professionally handle adverse customer situations while maintaining a positive relationship to encourage return business Approve, reject or coordinate all loan applications Assist Loan Specialists with loan processing and collections calls Tax preparation (may vary by location) Plan and develop branch growth by networking with the local community and other businesses Work closely with team members to achieve branch goals Requirements: Loan industry management experience strongly preferred, or 2-3 years’ prior management experience from similar customer service or collections related industries Must have a valid drivers’ license with reliable transportation and valid proof of insurance Some local travel may be required for team meetings (up to 5%) Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. Fridays 8:30 am - 6:00 pm. Saturdays 8:30 am -12:30 pm (Nov - March 2025). Rotational based on the needs of the business. Some overtime may be required. No Sundays!
