About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, people-focused Branch Manager to lead day-to-day branch operations, inspire a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role promotes our relationship sales culture, ensures regulatory and operational compliance, and builds strong connections with customers and the community while modeling professionalism, teamwork, and accountability. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of retail banking experience, including at least 3 years of successful branch or team management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop employees to achieve sales, service, and operational goals.
  • Strong customer relationship, communication (verbal and written), and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to market banking products and services and identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships.
  • Solid understanding of branch operations, account ownership, FDIC insurance, and applicable banking regulations.
  • Proficiency with computers, office software, and banking systems; ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and at other branch locations as business needs require.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop branch staff, including training and preparing the Assistant Branch Manager for future leadership.
  • Drive outstanding, personalized customer service and deepen client relationships.
  • Oversee branch operations, security, audits, and compliance with all banking regulations.
  • Promote and execute the Bank's relationship sales culture by acquiring new customers, deepening existing relationships, and coaching staff on effective needs-based conversations, ensuring quarterly branch referral goals are met.
  • Serve as the branch product and relationship expert, ensuring staff maintains strong knowledge of all bank products, services, and digital banking tools.
  • Maintain an active and visible branch presence with customers and employees in the lobby, platform, and teller line.
  • Represent the bank within the community and model professionalism, teamwork, and integrity.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team environment aligned with the Bank's core values.
