We’re looking for a Branch Manager for our Grand Island branch who brings strong leadership, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a passion for developing people while delivering exceptional service. Requirements

  • Leadership experience in retail, banking, or finance.
  • Strong coaching, communication, and team development skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for results and growth.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with lending, underwriting, and financial services a plus.

  • Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to build a strong, engaged team.

  • Conduct regular one-on-ones, team meetings, and performance conversations.

  • Lead branch performance through a results-driven approach with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Proactively build and strengthen community relationships to generate new membership and expand the credit union’s presence.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor sales, service, and operational metrics to ensure success.
  • Support and lead cross-selling initiatives and promotions.
  • Deliver Exceptional Member Experience
  • Build meaningful relationships and ensure outstanding service across all channels.
  • Assist members with accounts, lending needs, and complex situations.
  • Resolve member concerns with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Serve as a role model for “best of the best” member communication.
  • Operational Excellence & Compliance
  • Oversee daily branch operations, staffing, and workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations (BSA, OFAC, etc.)
  • Maintain branch security, facility standards, and overall appearance.
  • Make sound, risk-based decisions to protect the credit union and our members.
  • Community & Culture
  • Represent Trius in the community and build strong local relationships.
  • Promote a culture of care, accountability, and teamwork.
  • Create a passionate environment that brings HOPE to every member interaction.
