About The Position

The Branch Manager holds full accountability for the strategic development and operational management of the branch, driving growth in sales, profitability, and market share while ensuring the highest standards of customer and employee safety and satisfaction. This role carries direct sales responsibility and requires strong estimating experience to support accurate project quoting, pricing strategy, and revenue growth. The position provides leadership and oversight across all branch functions, including sales, warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, financial performance, facility maintenance, and personnel development. Decision Making & Strategic Decision Making Identifies issues, problems, and opportunities and determines appropriate actions. Gathers, organizes, and analyzes information to uncover root causes, trends, and implications. Develops and evaluates viable alternatives to address challenges and achieve objectives. Demonstrates a solid understanding of and successfully enforces the HR /TALENT function within the branch. Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED require (Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a comparable role required; 3 years preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience required; 5 years preferred.
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience required.
  • Demonstrated competency in all subordinate branch operations roles is essential.
