Branch Manager - VTRL Tolleson
About The Position
The Branch Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of VTRL Rental, Leasing, and Service operation, including team development, sales execution, and full P&L performance. Accountable for achieving an annual sales quota while driving revenue growth, cost control, and operational efficiency. Builds and leads high-performing teams through coaching, accountability, and support. Delivers exceptional customer service and retention through strong client relationships and reliable operations. Ensures strict adherence to safety, compliance, and facility management standards. Drives overall branch performance and profitability through effective leadership and execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or related field (Preferred)
- 5-10+ years of experience in truck rental, leasing, or related field
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task while maintaining a strong focus on attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience managing P&L and driving financial performance
- Strong leadership, sales, and operational management sills
- Capable of working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with a strong customer service focus
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities
- Oversee all Branch Operations including truck rental, leasing, service, and admin teams
- Provide Rental, Lease, and Service Customer Support to ensure exceptional customer experience
- Leadership in developing a high-performing team - hiring, training, and performance expectations
- Responsibility for Financial & P&L Performance through expense management and maximization of profitability for all product lines
- Develop and improve Sales Performance for all product lines while achieving an annual sales quota for contract lease sales
- Oversee Building and Facility Management including maintenance, security, cleanliness, workplace safety
