As a Branch Manager, you’re the engine that keeps everything running. From sunrise dispatches to job site visits, your leadership will directly impact workers, clients, and the community.

Requirements

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience (construction or staffing is a plus)
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle moving parts without dropping the ball
• A team-first mindset with the confidence to lead from the front
• Solid communication skills—clear, direct, and effective
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, sometimes unpredictable environment
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to job sites
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
• Flexibility to work some weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations: dispatch crews, manage schedules, and keep job sites fully staffed
• Recruit, hire, and develop a reliable temporary workforce
• Guide applicants through onboarding and ensure work eligibility
• Oversee payroll processing tied to completed work orders
• Visit job sites to ensure safety standards are met and relationships stay strong
• Handle incident reporting, safety reviews, and risk management with precision
• Deliver exceptional service to both existing and prospective clients
