GPB is looking for a professional, enthusiastic, and experienced leader to fill the role of Branch Manager. This role will be responsible for managing all functions, daily operations and staffing of a full-service branch. Branch Manager is a critical role with varied responsibilities. The role manages HR activities including scheduling, hiring, coaching, performance evaluations, and pay decisions. As Branch Manager, one would mentor and support employees while also holding them accountable to service and sales goals. This role will develop and manage a branch business plan aimed at specific goals. One would direct—and actively participate in—strategies and tactics including outbound calls, in-branch selling, telemarketing, branch campaigns, and targeted direct mailing. The Branch Manager will evaluate areas of need to deepen customer relationships. Branch staff will look to this role for mentorship and coaching as they train subordinate staff in sales, services, operations, products, policies, procedures, and customer service. The Branch Manager also ensure the branch meets all regulatory compliance standards. The Branch Manager is a leveled position, beginning with Level 1 and advancing to Level 4. Level 4 is reserved for the most experienced managers and includes larger global bank responsibilities. Levels 3 and 4 are eligible for the officer titles depending on many factors including but not limited to tenure, leadership, community involvement, and others. The Branch Manager is eligible to participate in the Team Incentive Plan (TIP).
