As a Full-Time Branch Manager at Zeal Credit Union in Dearborn, you will be at the helm of our operating branch, where your strategic oversight will play a vital role in developing financial objectives and comprehensive business plans. Your expertise in budget management and fund allocation will ensure optimal resource use while you meticulously monitor all branch activities. By analyzing branch metrics, you will assess performance and identify opportunities for improvement. You will lead and inspire our dedicated staff, providing coaching to help them realize their potential career paths. Your responsibilities also include hiring, training, and scheduling branch personnel while enforcing policies and procedures.   • Experience with branch profitability, planning, sales goals, coaching and development in a financial institution such as a bank or credit union
