About The Position

Branch Manager / General Manager – Home Services ($12M Operation) Location: St. Louis Park, MN (Minneapolis Market) Zerorez is seeking an experienced operations leader to run one of our largest service operations in the country. This role is responsible for leading a $12M residential and commercial service business with more than 60 technicians and a fleet of 40 vehicles serving the Minneapolis market. As the Branch Manager, you will oversee the full performance of the operation—including revenue growth, team leadership, operational execution, and customer experience. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced service environment and enjoys developing teams while driving strong business results. Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in field service or home service industries
  • Experience managing large technician teams (20–60+)
  • Experience owning or managing P&L performance
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • Background in industries such as home services, restoration, pest control, HVAC, plumbing, or cleaning services
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment
  • Experience with field service software such as ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, or similar systems is helpful but not required

Responsibilities

  • Business Leadership – Lead the day-to-day operations of a high-volume residential service business, including residential, commercial, and specialty cleaning services.
  • P&L Ownership – Own the financial performance of the branch, including revenue growth, labor efficiency, and overall profitability.
  • Team Leadership – Recruit, develop, and lead a team of 60+ technicians and operations staff while building a culture focused on accountability, professionalism, and customer service.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth – Coach technicians to deliver exceptional service while identifying opportunities to provide additional solutions for customers.
  • Operational Excellence – Oversee routing, scheduling, fleet readiness, equipment maintenance, and service delivery across a large technician workforce.
  • Customer Experience – Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service and maintain strong customer satisfaction scores.
  • Strategic Growth – Partner with company leadership to grow residential and commercial market share in the Minneapolis region.
