The Branch Manager is responsible for, but not limited to, directing, developing, motivating, and the supervision of branch personnel toward the overall vision of Access Community Credit Union. While working closely with management and team members to ensure the branch meets or exceeds visionary growth plans. Oversees and helps develop functional integrity of loan, member service and teller operations at the Main Office/Tascosa Financial Center/Paramount Financial Center. Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills as well as a passion for leading by example as a working manager in the area of teller transactions, loan applications, new accounts and solving problems within policies and guidelines. Responsible for the day-to-day coordination and supervision of the staff in all departments. Responsible for work flow and scheduling of branch. Educates members on credit union products and services, while coaching and advising staff on protection products and sales recommendations for loans and new accounts. Makes decisions regarding loans, new accounts, and teller operations.
