Your role as a Branch Manager As a new Branch Manager at Corda Credit Union, your day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing branch operations and ensuring a high level of member service. You will lead and mentor a dedicated team, fostering a culture of collaboration and professionalism. Daily tasks will involve developing and implementing strategies to achieve branch goals, managing staff performance, and conducting regular training sessions. You'll be responsible for maintaining compliance with industry regulations while identifying opportunities for process improvements. Additionally, you will engage with members to understand and address their financial needs while building strong, lasting relationships. The Branch Manager will actively network with local businesses and foster community involvement through tabletop events and volunteer opportunities. Regularly reviewing branch performance metrics and collaborating with other departments will also be key to driving success and enhancing member experiences.
