About The Position

Branch Manager – Lead with Purpose at Pest USA At Pest USA, we're proud to be a family-owned business that's been delivering trusted pest and termite control services since 1971. In this key leadership role, you'll oversee every aspect of your branch's operations, including sales, service, training, and compliance. You'll be responsible for hiring and developing a high-performing team, ensuring that all employees meet the highest standards of professionalism and performance. From onboarding and hands-on training to daily oversight and coaching, you'll create a culture of quality, accountability, and customer-first service. You'll ensure that your team operates in full compliance with all regulations and company policies while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. That includes coordinating inspections, responding to client inquiries, and conducting thorough service evaluations in the field. You'll manage inventory, uphold safety and appearance standards, and make sure both the office and fleet reflect the Pest USA brand with pride. Your leadership will extend to supervising service managers, office staff, sales professionals, and technicians. You'll review performance metrics, conduct regular branch and vehicle inspections, and take appropriate action to support ongoing improvement. You'll also be expected to maintain any required state certifications and licensing, as well as ensure your team is current on their own credentials. This is a hands-on role that requires flexibility and commitment. You should be prepared to travel locally, lift up to 50 pounds, and occasionally work evenings or weekends when needed. You must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver's license, and be able to pass a background check, drug screening, and driving record review. While prior experience in the termite or pest control industry is preferred, we're open to training a motivated and capable individual who is ready to exceed expectations and grow with us.
