We are looking for you! Monday - Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Nurtures an exemplary level of customer service at the branch. Supports a high turn-around rate and high quality standard for all rental assets. Facilitates the quick and cost-effective repair of all rental assets. Nurtures an exemplary level of customer service at the branch. Supports a high turn-around rate and high quality standard for all rental assets. Facilitates the quick and cost-effective repair of all rental assets. Ensures that parts inventories are organized and thoughtfully monitored. Promotes used equipment sales through collaborative efforts. Conducts inventory audits at the main branch to maintain accuracy. Ensures that all branch equipment and vehicles are cared for to a high standard. Leads branch recruiting and welcoming new team members through onboarding. Supports branch training and professional development. Coordinates all fleet transfer in/out of the branch. Facilitates FA verification resolution during the fleet inventory audit process. Guides branches to meet and exceed safety audit requirements. Ensures proper handling and tracking of all rental assets assigned to the branch. Promotes proper inventory procedures at the branch level. Reviews and approves branch purchase orders and invoices with a focus on resource mindfulness. Supports timely A/R collections and proper cash management within the branch. Completes the annual review process with a focus on thoroughness and developmental feedback. Sets mentoring in place and provides constructive feedback to support staff growth. Monitors exception reporting to identify and resolve opportunities for improvement within the branch. Contributes to the annual budget process. Ensures all governmental regulatory requirements are met at the branch. Implements operational goals and best practices. Communicates new updates, sales results, and critical information to the branch team transparently and regularly. Builds alignment with sales to ensure the operations team is consistently meeting customer needs ________________________ Are you a MATCH? Education High School Diploma or equivalent Experience Ideally, you bring five or more years of related working experience. Working knowledge of positioning equipment, welding applications, and equipment is considered a valuable asset. Equipment repair and maintenance training is also a welcomed asset. Licenses/Certifications A valid Driver’s License. Preferred: Bachelor Degree in related field or Post-secondary education equivalent to one year of Business Management or equivalent preferred or equivalent experience in a job related discipline. Computer experience or basic knowledge of SAP. A thorough understanding of products, services, and associated technologies, or a curiosity and readiness to learn. Experience guiding a team of six or more associates, with a demonstrated ability to effectively support professional development, including coaching, accountability, and performance reviews. Ability to read, analyze, and foster understanding of general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to perform calculations in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
