About The Position

The Branch Manager’s primary responsibility is to provide direction, ensuring its Team represents the best options for our service offering.  In addition, this position is responsible for the oversight of customer service issues, including all requests by customers of Easy Ice for upgrades, downgrades, relocation of ice machines. At Easy Ice, we view ourselves as an extension of our customer’s operations team. It is the Branch Manager’s responsibility to establish a positive foundation with the management team to promote lasting business partnerships with our customers. The Branch Manager will continue to drive business growth responsibly while ensuring a customer experience that is unparalleled in the industry.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, required; advanced degree desired
  • Six plus years of industry experience required
  • Working knowledge of computer programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and multi-line phone systems
  • The ability to continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience
  • A desire to continually increase one’s knowledge of the industries we serve; and, the products, services and processes our company can produce
  • A self-motivated and disciplined individual who will work well independently and as a team member.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both verbally and in writing, as well as excellent interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Maintain vendor relationships
  • Review metrics and define any potential anomalies that could affect the business
  • P/L review
  • Maintain proper Inventory levels, efficiencies in tracking
  • Maintain a safe work environment
  • Ensure branch readiness by providing employees with the tools to do their job, i.e. training, vehicles, equipment including a clean and healthy work environment
  • Oversee branch processes and make improvements to ensure most efficient standards are maintained
  • Identify employee and customer concerns to provide resolution and guidance for a solution
  • Promote growth and positivity within the branch
  • Ensure qualified personnel and correct staffing levels are maintained
  • Ensure sales and billable service goals are established and met on an annual basis
  • Monitor Branch collections
  • Contribute to the corporate team effort by performing other duties as assigned
  • Generate and implement new team ideas for company growth
  • Project a positive Easy Ice brand image
