Rain for Rent Branch Manager is responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of the branch office, including safety, sales, rentals, operations, customer service, and staff development in accordance with Rain for Rent’s objectives. Develops new business; provides a superior level of customer relations and promotes the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation; achieves individual and branch sales goals through sales and retention of account relationships. Provides leadership, training, and supervision, delegates day to day operations to respective Branch personnel. Responsible for attaining established Branch goals through active participation in sales management programs. At Rain for Rent, we move water—every day. In this critical role, you will provide strategic leadership and motivation to employees, develop and maintain a strong and successful image in the community, and manage all Branch operations to drive revenue and build the business.
