Requirements

  • 3–5 years of branch management or leadership experience in financial services
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
  • A passion for serving others and creating positive change
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, branch operations, and regulatory compliance
  • High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business or related experience preferred
