Financial Acumen: Oversee financials, budgets, and profitability, ensuring the company's financial health. Customer Engagement: Establish and nurture a high-level of customer focused engagement and connections by delivering exceptional services and being the trusted advisor. We are searching for a dynamic people leader with experience driving a large book of business in the janitorial or commercial property management industries. The Branch Manager is responsible for the growth, operational and financial success of their region. They will lead a diverse team, provide support, direction and coaching to site managers, engage in regular client interaction, develop internal and external relationships, deliver financial goals, manage, and forecast an accurate budget, manage vendors, interface with senior leadership and work to continuously develop operational team members. You'll be the ideal candidate if you have: Strong customer focused orientation, have a passion for helping others be successful and desire to be an effective partner with local operations teams, the national teams and clients to drive win-win solutions.
