About The Position

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, including staff leadership, member service delivery, regulatory compliance, and financial performance. This role plays a critical part in driving branch success, enhancing member satisfaction, and supporting the credit union's mission, vision, and values.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of four years of experience in banking, credit union, or financial services, with at least one year in a leadership role
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to achieve performance targets and drive results
• Working knowledge of retail banking operations, products, and compliance standards

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to achieve performance goals and support career growth
• Manage daily branch operations while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Maintain high standards of member service and guide staff to consistently exceed expectations
• Oversee cash management, including vault operations and ATM balancing
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Address escalated member concerns and ensure timely, professional resolution
• Drive growth through member acquisition, product utilization, and cross-selling strategies
• Conduct audits and operational reviews to ensure accuracy, security, and compliance
• Safeguard confidential member information and uphold data security standards
