About The Position

The Manager, Branch Network is accountable for all service related and operational objectives for the branch. Ensures execution of the Branch Network strategic vision and objectives through demonstrated leadership in the areas of talent excellence, service, and cost to serve.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Required
  • 2+ years management experience Required
  • Project management, planning, and facilitation skills

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a team of 11+ employees, within two Branches, with authority to hire and performance manage the team by ensuring goals are set and monitored. Create an environment where employees are engaged, empowered, enthusiastic and committed to the success of the company by encouraging diverse thoughts and ideas.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and development to team members ensuring everyone is treated fairly and with respect. This includes interviewing and training, assign and direct work, performance evaluations, and recognition and performance management.
  • Understand the competitive landscape, its impact on the local market and develop strategies to gain market share and reduce loss of current market share.
  • Oversee operational performance and support all sales growth, Inventory Solutions profitability strategies, and other plans in partnership with Sales, Inventory Management, and Market partners.
  • Balance operating expenses with higher level of service, while looking for ways to improve processes and remove non-value-added activities. Monitor controllable expenses to achieve the assigned expense target.
  • Promote district/region related programs and initiatives while creating an environment that promotes teamwork.
