About The Position
The Bank of Washington is seeking a Branch Manager to lead day-to-day branch operations in Villa Ridge & Gray Summit. This role involves energizing and developing a team, building lasting customer relationships, and driving strong performance to make a meaningful impact for customers, employees, and the community.
Requirements
- 5+ years of retail banking experience
- Proven success in sales, operations, and team leadership
- Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance
- Customer-focused, ethical, and adaptable leadership style
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years in management preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and mentor a branch team through hands-on training, personalized coaching, and regular performance feedback
- Oversee staffing, scheduling, branch workflow, and cash operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency
- Resolve escalated customer concerns with professionalism and care
- Build and maintain strong customer and community relationships
