Requirements

• Proven leadership or management experience (prior experience in the HVAC industry is a plus)
• Strong people-management skills with a passion for coaching and development
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Data-driven track record leveraging metrics and KPIs to drive performance and growth.
• Prior experience with CRM software (Service Titan experience preferred)
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Operational Support : Be available on call during evenings and weekends to support teammates in the field when needed.

• Adapt & Lead : Take on additional responsibilities as needed in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment.
