SUMMARY/OBJECTIVES The Branch Manager has the responsibility for leading and coaching the branch team as well as overseeing the administration and coordination of sales and service activities of their assigned branch. Other responsibilities include ensuring the compliance of operational and security procedures of the assigned branch as well as being accountable for the branch’s overall profitability by actively managing fee income and branch losses.
