The Branch Manager works closely with the District Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations at the Austin Straubel Airport. This role is responsible for supervising and developing staff, managing fleet operations, and directing all car rental activities to drive revenue and business growth. The Branch Manager is also accountable for maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction while ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to company standards. Candidates must be flexible to work any shift within our hours of operation, which are seven days a week. Hours do vary but most months are between 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, account management, customer support, or related role.
  • At least 3 years of leadership, coaching, or team oversight experience.
  • Strong leadership skills with proven record of building, coaching, and motivating a team preferred.
  • Skill in coaching and influencing sales professionals to achieve performance goals through data-driven insights and field leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor productivity of Green Bay Airport operational activities and personnel.
  • Adherence to and support of Midwestern Wheel’s Inc. Counter Sales Program.
  • Ensure staff is properly trained, motivated, and coached relative to each product offered, sales and operation processes.
  • Supervise, develop, motivate, and evaluate the performance of staff.
  • Implement HR policies in the areas of discipline, motivation, and performance in a consistent and fair manner.
  • Establish, communicate, monitor, and update objectives for staff consistent with company goals and objectives.
  • Prepare staffing schedules based on business demands and transaction levels.
  • Support of Midwestern Wheel’s Quality Assurance program to ensure vehicle quality is at a consistently high level.
  • Ensure customer complaints and feedback are handled and resolved in a timely, effective manner.
  • Ongoing communication with leadership and staff to ensure service-related operations are running at optimal levels to meet rental needs / activity.
  • Maintain adequate vehicle control in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Build and maintain business relationships to facilitate profitability.
