The Branch Manager role is a progression of the Branch Supervisor position. In addition to duties outlined as Branch Supervisor, the Branch Manager will also adhere to performance metrics for profitability, sales production, customer acquisition and outside sale activities. Managing the success of the branch and each individual team member will be key. The Branch Manager will develop and grow customer relationships, promotes products and services, and deliver efficient operation. Duties in this role include overseeing daily branch opening/closing, customer service, transaction processing, and reconciliation tasks and activities. This role schedules, manages, and trains branch staff. Including sales management of bankers who sell products, and tellers referring customers. Ensures staff understands and follows all company policies and procedures to maintain required security, operational, and service quality standards. The Branch Manager is accountable for financial operational and customer satisfaction goals for the branch. They resolve escalated customer or operations issues. They will coordinate with other partners to promote products, represent the bank in the community, and schedule meetings to promote bank products and services.
