Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in the Consumer Lending or Financial Services Industry.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Closely aligned course of study or applicable years of experience may be substituted.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Applicable years of experience may be substituted.
  • Proven ability to create and sustain sales goals.
  • Deep understanding of leading and motivating a team of direct reports.
  • Capability to use various technologies and learn new programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Complete functions in a timely manner while maintaining accuracy.
  • Must be able to obtain any essential licenses required by the state.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of direct reports.
  • Exercise lending authority when reviewing and approving loan applications.
  • Retain and maintain existing customer accounts.
  • Monitor sales metrics and delinquency rate to achieve branch goals.
  • Prepare and submit reports of branch activity.
  • Develop additional customers by networking with local businesses.
  • Implement and follow internal branch auditing procedures.
  • Participate in company meetings and professional development activities.
  • Maintain compliance and adhere to company policies and procedures.
