Requirements

5+ years of successful business management with proven ability to manage a P&L and lead a team to meet performance goals.
Strong leadership skills in hiring, training, and developing team members.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent operational leadership in construction, industrial, or related field.
Working knowledge of business planning and accounting principles.
Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Valid driver’s license required.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and safety regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead overall branch operations to ensure safety, performance, and profitability.
Grow revenue by identifying opportunities and strengthening customer relationships.
Develop and manage the branch’s profit and loss (P&L) and business plan.
Hire, lead, and develop a high-performance team across all functional areas.
Monitor key metrics: revenue, safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with HR, Safety, Finance, and Compliance teams to resolve issues and meet goals.
Ensure DOT and OSHA compliance at the branch and champion a strong safety culture.
Build a service-driven culture that aligns with Ironclad’s core values.
Other duties as assigned.
