The Bank Branch Manager is responsible for leading the overall operations and customer service activities of the branch. This role ensures the consistent delivery of exceptional service, while overseeing compliance, sales, and relationship management efforts in alignment with the Bank’s policies and objectives. The Branch Manager plays a key role in staff development, performance coaching, and fostering a collaborative environment. This includes partnering with the Elite and Title Support Services teams to support the acquisition of new deposit relationships and ensuring the branch operates in full compliance with regulatory standards and internal audits.
