About The Position

Branch Manager – P&C Insurance (220 Licensed) Location: Temple Terrace, FL Schedule: Full-Time, In-Office The Role We’re hiring an experienced, hands-on Branch Manager to lead the daily operations of a P&C insurance office and coach a small team of agents and service staff. This role is ideal for a process-driven, high-energy leader who enjoys being in the office, holding their team accountable, and helping drive growth through strong follow-up and new business activity. You’ll oversee a small team and play a key role in ensuring leads are worked, systems are followed, and service and sales standards are consistently met. This is not a purely supervisory role — the Branch Manager will also contribute to sales and help grow branch performance.

Requirements

  • Active Florida 220 License (required)
  • Leadership or supervisory experience in P&C insurance (level of management experience is flexible)
  • Strong understanding of agency workflows, carrier products, and underwriting guidelines
  • Proven ability to drive follow-up, lead activity, and new business production
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly (QuoteRUSH and EZLynx experience preferred)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
  • Confident communicator with positive energy and a coaching mindset
  • Comfortable being hands-on with both leadership and sales responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of agents and customer service staff
  • Ensure agents are consistently calling leads, following up, and pursuing new business
  • Oversee daily branch operations, workflows, and compliance with carrier and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain organized processes for quoting, binding, endorsements, renewals, and documentation
  • Step in to assist with sales and complex client situations as needed
  • Monitor team performance and drive results through clear expectations and accountability
  • Maintain strong carrier relationships and stay current on products and underwriting guidelines
  • Support team training on systems, workflows, and best practices
  • Partner with ownership on performance metrics, reporting, and branch growth initiatives
